The Bigger Mission

Develop The Player.

Build The Person.

Using soccer as a vehicle for personal growth, helping female athletes develop the mental skills, self-awareness, and character to thrive on and off the field.

Who they become matters just as much as what they achieve.

The Experience

Growth You

Actually Experience.

Overhead view of a team huddled in a circle on the field

Each month, we focus on a different part of developing the whole player.

You’ll learn, reflect, and hear from women who have navigated the challenges you’re facing. Then you’ll put what you’re learning into practice—in training, games, relationships, and everyday life.

You’ll begin to recognize the moments that matter. The challenges. The setbacks. The successes. The choices you make along the way.

And you’ll learn to ask yourself:

What did I notice?

What can I learn?

What will I do differently?

Notice. Reflect. Adjust. Grow.

Because growth doesn’t happen simply by having experiences.

It happens when you learn from them.

In-Person Cohort · Frequently Asked

The In-Person, Answered.

Everything families ask about the in-person experience — dates, cohort size, commitment, and how we keep athletes safe.

How often are in-person sessions?
Two in-person sessions a month, held every other week. January–May: Fridays at 7:30 PM. June–August: Tuesday or Thursday evenings, with dates announced in advance. September–December: back to Friday evenings, with times confirmed ahead of time. Every in-person athlete also gets full access to the digital membership — monthly curriculum, expert perspectives, reflection exercises, and challenges.
How many athletes are in the cohort?
To keep the experience personal and let every athlete take part meaningfully, our founding in-person cohort is limited to 15 athletes.
How long is the commitment?
In-person membership requires an initial six-month commitment, designed as part of a full twelve-month experience. After the first six months, athletes choose whether to continue. Growth takes time to understand new ideas, apply them, and reflect — the year-long rhythm is what makes it work.
Do parents attend the sessions?
No. In-person sessions are an athlete-only environment — reserved for participating athletes, mentors, and facilitators — so athletes feel free to think independently, reflect honestly, and take ownership of their growth. Parents and guardians won’t attend or observe sessions.
Is it supervised, and how are families kept informed?
Always. Every session takes place in a supervised environment with appropriate adult oversight. While the room itself is for the athletes, parents and guardians receive important program updates, scheduling information, and relevant communications throughout. We respect athletes’ privacy, while recognizing that confidentiality has limits — particularly when an athlete’s safety or well-being may be at risk.
What if the cohort is already full?
Applicants who aren’t initially offered a place may be invited to join our waitlist. If a space opens — after a completed commitment, an injury, or an early withdrawal — we may invite a waitlisted athlete to participate. Placement isn’t guaranteed and depends on availability and program fit.
Why is there an application?
We’re not selecting athletes based on accomplishments, playing level, or how confident or mentally strong they already are. We’re looking for athletes willing to learn, reflect, participate, and take ownership of their development. You don’t have to be there yet — you just have to want to grow.
