Apply for the
Whole Player
Experience

This is the application for our in-person training program — a year-long development and mentorship experience for female athletes ages 12–18 in Maryland. Small-group sessions, digital learning and a community that helps you grow on and off the field.

Looking for the digital-only membership? That’s The Whole Player App.

Before You Apply

Good Questions, Answered.

Why is there an application?
We’re not selecting athletes based on accomplishments, playing level, or how confident or mentally strong they already are. We’re looking for athletes willing to learn, reflect, participate, and take ownership of their development. The application simply helps us understand each athlete’s experiences, goals, and willingness to engage. You don’t have to be there yet — you just have to want to grow.
How many spots are there?
Our founding in-person cohort is limited to 15 athletes, so every athlete can take part meaningfully. Applicants who aren’t initially offered a place may be invited to join our waitlist.
What’s the commitment if I’m accepted?
In-person membership requires an initial six-month commitment, designed as part of a full twelve-month experience. After the first six months, athletes choose whether to continue. Sessions meet twice a month, every other week, and include full access to the digital membership.
Will my parents be involved?
In-person sessions are an athlete-only environment — reserved for athletes, mentors, and facilitators — held in a supervised setting with appropriate adult oversight. Parents and guardians won’t attend or observe, but will receive important program updates, scheduling, and communications throughout.
What happens if I’m not selected?
You may be invited to join our waitlist. If a space opens up — after a completed commitment, an injury, or an early withdrawal — we may invite a waitlisted athlete to participate. Placement isn’t guaranteed and depends on availability and program fit.
